We are open 7 days a week !

3pm to 10pm, Monday to Thursday. 12pm to 10pm on Fridays, 10am - 11pm on Saturday and 1pm to 11pm on Sundays.

Sometimes we are open at 10am Mon to Thursday depending on the bookings that day :)

Each session for the VR ARCADE ARENA is 1 hour and each session for our VR ESCAPE GAMES will include around 45 minutes - 1 hour of in-game, virtual reality experience time. We book 1 hour and 30 minutes per experience to allow time between groups.

We use the latest technology that outputs at a high frame rate to minimise the disorientation sometimes associated with VR technology. Our movement system utilises teleportation to allow the player to move freely in the VR world without causing motion distress. If you suffer from severe travel sickness then please note there may be some discomfort.

For the VR ARCADE ARENA the game is best suited for between 2-6 players but can be played alone (apart from the laser tag). The VR ESCAPE GAMES are best suited for 2-4 players although it is possible for 1 player to complete it on their own (depending on skill level). You can book for up to 8 players in two teams of 4.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking to ensure there is plenty of time for the introduction and briefing.

No problem at all. If you are wear glasses, we recommend keeping them on as most should easily fit under the headset. If you have light visual impairment, you do not need to wear your glasses during gameplay.

We are located at the Riverbridge Building, 89 Oak Street, Norwich, Norfolk, NR3 3BP. It is just by the traffic lights.

You are welcome to bring extra people to join your game as long as the total number of players does not exceed the capacity (4 players total for the VR ESCAPE GAMES and 6 players total for the VR ARCADE ARENA) for the room you have booked. Extra players will need to pay any additional charges when they arrive.

For our VR ESCAPE GAMES we recommend ages 12+ upwards. Huxley 1 contains no blood or violence and Huxley 2 has a small fighting scene.

For our VR ARCADE ARENA we recommend ages from 10+, there is some violence with weapons but there is no gore or blood.

Yes, we are wheelchair accessible and we are based on the Ground Floor. There is some shingle by the entrance which may be awkward but we are happy to assist at any time. During the VR experience you will need to hold controllers in both hands and does require moving around but you may be able to still go through the game depending on your individual circumstances. Unfortunately Huxley 1 and Huxley 2 are not suitable for wheelchair users. Assassins Creed 1 and 2 are both suitable for wheelchair users.

Yes. We have 2 VR game areas which allow up to 8 players at any one time. If in groups of more than 4 you will be split into 2 teams of 4 and will compete on times and scores. We have a coffee bar and waiting area for other players as well as a free-roam VR experience available for another 2 players. There are plenty of board games available in our seating area as well as a pool table.

We recommend light, casual clothing. High-heels and flip flops are not recommended. Please note a small battery pack will need to be placed into a pocket or clipped to your waist band/trousers somewhere.

Our team are fully experienced in the game and will be able to provide you with a some clues should you struggle to complete a particular level.

Each player will have a HTC Vive Pro Virtual Reality or Oculus quest 2 headset covering your face and head and you will need to hold a controller in each hand. You will have a small battery pack placed into a pocket or clipped to your clothing to power the wireless devices and no other equipment is needed. Your movements are tracked in real time and will be replicated in the game by your chosen character.  So if you want to give your teammate a high five during the game, all you have to do is walk over to your friend and raise your hand! Your teammate will be able to see everything you do and say in real time! Pretty cool, huh? Please note that if playing certain games like the Assassin's Creed games you will not be able to walk around to move, there will be a teleporting feature for the game that will be explained at the time of the game.

No, we do not allow food and drink into the experience but you may bring them with you into the main area. They are not allowed in the game area because of a hazard to both players and the equipment in the area.

Yes, please provide at least 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations.
